Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Concord, NC (and surrounding area)

We are hiring a dependable Artificial Turf Installer to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform quality installations efficiently. Turf or landscape experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing sod and prepare areas for installation
   

• Install base materials and synthetic turf
   

• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
   

• Perform minor turf repairs and maintenance
   

• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
   

• Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule
   

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape, hardscape, or turf installation experience preferred
   

• Experience operating skid steer or mini skid required
   

• Proficient with hand and power tools
   

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
   

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
   

• Punctual, team-oriented, and safety-focused
