Landscape Foreman (Salaried)

Pay: $50,000–$60,000 per year (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, year-round

We are hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead crews and manage high-quality landscape installation projects. This is a hands-on, salaried position for a working foreman who leads from the field and ensures jobs are completed to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate landscape crews on job sites
• Communicate clearly with crew members to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
• Operate skid steer and excavator
• Perform and oversee grading, drainage, and site preparation
• Install and manage landscape construction, including:
• Hardscapes
• Artificial turf
• Landscape planting
• Irrigation systems
• Read and interpret plans, verify layout, and manage daily workflow
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally and honestly with customers when needed, providing updates and addressing questions
• Coordinate with management regarding job progress, materials, and issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of landscape installation experience (foreman or lead experience preferred)
• Strong skid steer and excavator operating skills
• Solid understanding of grading and drainage
• Knowledge of hardscape construction, turf installation, planting, and irrigation
• Proven leadership and crew management experience
• Strong communication skills with both crews and customers
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Professional appearance, reliable, and detail-oriented
