We’re looking for a motivated, professional Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. In
this role, you’ll serve customers with integrity, deliver clean and high-quality work, and represent
the company with pride! You’ll diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions, and complete
repairs or installations with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities:
? Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations
? Present good/better/best options with confidence and transparency
? Maintain clean work areas, protect the customer’s home, and provide a 5-star experience
? Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations
? Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and pricing standards
? Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and leadership
? Uphold our standards: professional appearance, clean presentation, and “do the right thing” every time
? Support larger projects and team goals as we grow
Requirements:
? 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
? Valid driver’s license and clean presentation
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Comfortable discussing pricing, offering options, and educating customers
? Willingness to learn, earn commissions, and grow with the company

Base Pay
? Hourly Rate: $24/hour-$30/hour (dependent on experience)
? Full-Time Annualized Pay: $49,920- $62,400
Performance Incentive (Eligible After 90 day Probation Period)
? 5% of top-line revenue on all sales with gross profit ≥45% *Currently
Vacation & Holidays (Eligible After 90 day Probation Period)
? Vacation: 2 weeks per year, accrued monthly after 90-day probation.
? Paid Holidays (5): Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July

Base Pay: $49,920-$62,000 (Full-time annualized pay)
Incentive Potential: $21,000-$35,000 (Based on $300k-$500k in qualifying sales)
Vacation (2 weeks) $1,920 (Accrued monthly after 90 days)
Paid Holidays (5 days) $960 ($24/hr × 8 hrs × 5 days)
AFLAC (optional) $600 (Available after 1 year)

Total Compensation Range $85,000 – $100,000+ (Base + Incentives + Benefits)
