Description
Join us for the Women in Business Conference, where we will celebrate and empower women leaders in our community. This year's theme, "She Means Business!" sets the stage for a day of inspiration, networking, and professional development. Attire is business casual.
Event Highlights:
- Opening Keynote: Natalie Atwell will share a snippet from her book, I Can Do Anything in the Right Pair of Shoes.
- Panel Discussion with Big and Small Business Representatives: See the advantage of supporting both large and small business in our community this holiday season!
- Panel Discussion with Local Leaders: Hear from local women who are making a significant impact and getting things done.
- Presentation from the League of Women Voters: Learn about their initiatives and how you can get involved in promoting civic engagement.
- Keynote Address by Jennifer Parsley Hubbard sponsored by Team Honeycutt/Allen Tate Realtors: TIRED OF BEING TIRED: Rest for soul-deep exhaustion. Jennifer will explore the various types of tiredness, challenge common misconceptions, and provide practical ways to achieve true rest.
Jennifer's keynote will resonate with many:
"I just have to get through this week!" --This had become my mantra and I was sick from it - literally! Physically, emotionally and mentally.
Join me as we explore the types of tiredness (yes, there are several), sit in community and refute the lies that we often tell ourselves ("If not me, then who will do it?"). Walk away with practical ways to rest, new language, new insight and a renewed hope that you CAN indeed rest and the world will keep going!
This conference promises to be an enriching experience, offering valuable takeaways and opportunities to connect with the women leading our community and getting things done!
