DESCRIPTION:In June\, The Chamber raised the ever-pressing issue of workforce shortages and why it is important.  We continue to see businesses struggling with hiring and retaining employees.  In August\, we are going to start talking about the long range issues that we need to address affecting this.  Even though the General Assembly isn't done with this year's session\, we are moving ahead to start looking at proposals for next year's legislative agenda.
